Walford Press founder, Elizabeth Walford-Evans, a longtime fixture in the publishing world of the United Kingdom, passed away in 2009.

In 2006 she had begun establishing a presence in New York and Los Angeles, leading to several acclaimed releases, including Movies, Memories & Madrid by Eduardo Alba, The Pistol Patrol by Pippa Rickenham, and Mr. Confidential by Samuel Bernstein, among others.

In reorganizing the company after her death, senior ediors Michael Palladino and Eric Weinstein have committed themselves to carrying on her legacy of publishing books that explore the arts, popular culture, entertainment, and modern life.
